Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints convenant to accept the Law of Consecration, essentially agreeing to give all they have to build up the kingdom of God. It’s the calling that almost every adult male member holds. Serving as a representative of the Bishop, and charged with ‘visiting the house of each member and exhorting them to pray vocally’, the fearless home teacher ventures forth… teaching, preaching, and seeking answers to the all important question, “Is there anything we can do for you?”
