Mike,

We're running a "promotion" that the first two people to leave a message on our GrandCentral voice mail will land a GrandCentral invitation. We haven't had any takers yet, so may be one of the first and get one!

So a few podcasts back, you guys were talking about the recipe to funeral potatos...

I've got it!

1 bag Shredded Hashbrowns
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups Shredded Cheese
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 bag of ruffles plain potato chips (or cornflakes)

Lay out the hashbrowns in a casserole pan. In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken and sour cream. Pour over the top of the hashbrowns and cover the top with cheese, cheese, cheese!!!! Put in the over for 30 mins at 350, and then crumble the potato chips over the top. Serve.... particularly large portions!
